In order to expedite the talent echelon construction, promote the over improment of youth reserve leaders, the opending ceremony of the second phase of 2022 Young Generation Training Camp was held in the report room on Apr. 21. Totally there were 43 reserve leaders attended the camp, among them, there were 8 persons from Hubei Fomdas Foods and Yunnan Fomdas attending the ceremony through online meeting. The Chairman of Fomdas Holding Group - Mr. Xu Xiaofang, the COO of Fomdas Holding Group - Mr. Liu Zhigang, the CEO of Fomdas Foods - Mr. Zhang Xiaozhong, and the CEO of Fomdas Flowers attended the opening ceremony.
All the members were selected from subsidaries of Fomdas holding group, they are new employees for different regions such as canned fruits technicians, QC of canned fruits etc. The training courses will be conducted in the following 7 months on management role acknowledge, communication and cooperation, field management and team construction etc.
The Chairman Mr. Xue launched a speech in the ceremony, he congratulated all the memebers to be selected for the trainning camp. Meanwhile, Chairman Xu encourage new members to seize this chance to merge into the company quickly, to grow in the learning, to break through growing and to work hard for the management key positions.
In the afternoon, the training camp organized some activities for self-introduction and tem presentation. Through these activities, members get closer to each other and learn more about each other, which make them expect the following activities.
8:00am on Apr. 22, members of the training camp gathered in the company and went to the local training and exploration base. There were many interesting activities for the whole day, and the coach guided members with militarisation requirements to let them understand the importance of team communication, cooperation and implementation.
